Shipping

We offer different options so that you can receive your orders in the most convenient way:

• Spain:

  • Standard shipping without tracking: €4.00
  • Standard shipping with tracking: €6.50
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

• European Union:

  • Single cost: €9.20
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

• Rest of Europe:

  • Single cost: €12.00
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

All orders are carefully prepared within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the necessary information according to the selected shipping method.

Return policy

We want you to love your garments as much as we enjoy creating them. If you need to make a return, these are the conditions that apply:

Spain:

• You have 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

European Union:

• The return period is 14 days from receipt of the order.

General Conditions:

• The item must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use, in its original packaging and with all labels included.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer , except in the following cases:
  • Manufacturing defect in the garment.
  • Our mistake in sending the wrong size or model.
    In these situations, we will assume the return costs.

Steps to follow:

1. Before processing any return, please write to us at hola @anamundana .com explaining the reason and attaching a photo of the product if necessary.
2. We will tell you the steps to proceed with the return shipment.
